65W USB-PD 3.0 charger with 1x USB-C (65W), 1x USB-C (20W), and 1x USB-A (18W). Input: 100-240V~50/60Hz. Outputs: C1 (5V/9V/12V/15V/20V @3.25A), C2 (5V/9V @2.22A, 12V @1.67A), A (5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A). Compliance: DoE Level VI, CoC Tier 2, Class B EMI. Quasi-Resonant (QR) Flyback with a GaN HEMT. QR offers valley-switching to reduce turn-on losses, perfectly matching GaN's low output capacitance (Coss). Operating frequency: 65kHz~130kHz A fixed 20V DC bus is generated by Stage 1. Then, three independent synchronous Buck-Boost converters (for C1, C2, A) regulate the 20V bus down to the requested PD voltage (3.3V–21V). This isolates port faults and allows independent PPS control.
