That depends on your jurisdiction, and I take that seriously. Before I draw a single line, I ask for your city/county and look up the local residential code amendments that apply to your structure. I draft to IRC standards as the baseline and adjust for local overrides.
Do you provide structural calculations or is this just a layout drawing?
Both, depending on the package. The Basic plan covers layout, dimensions, and prescriptive code-based member sizing, which is sufficient for most standard residential decks under 30" above grade where an engineer's stamp is not required.
