Can you do other programming languages?
I can possibly debug code thats written in Java (not JavaScript). However, I can't guarantee good optimization, especially in more complicated codes.
Do I have to label commands or explain my code in comments?
No, you don't. I will look at the code and determine what it does through experimentation and looking at it. However, if it requires other files such as a txt file, I would need to have either an example file or at least what it would contain approximately (so I can test the code).
