Coordinator of Assessment & Information Systems | Systems Designer | Workflow Automation I design and implement data systems, automation workflows, and operational tools that improve accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and decision-making in complex environments. At St. Cloud Area School District, I have led the development of district-wide systems including a state testing infrastructure that improved coordination, data accuracy, and compliance; a special education due process tracking system that reduced risk and supported legal timelines; a bus incident referral platform that unified communication across contractors, district staff, principals, and deans; and multiple tools and workflows inside eduClimber that improved usability, adoption, and operational efficiency. My work focuses on replacing manual, fragmented processes with scalable, practical solutions that people can actually use. Earlier in my career, I served as an academic coach and administrative intern, where I identified breakdowns in instructional and operational systems, supported leadership in process improvement, and connected classroom realities to administrative decision-making. I also taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 4th grade, and Gifted & Talented K–5. Those roles built my foundation in user experience, differentiated design, workflow constraints, and the real-world human side of systems. Selected solutions include a Vendor Reconciliation Auditor, an AI-assisted web app that detects invoice and purchase order discrepancies, flags missing invoices and mismatches, generates vendor communications, and provides a real-time dashboard for issue tracking. Proven ability to design systems in high-stakes environments where accuracy, compliance, usability, and adoption matter.
