Hired to architect and build a complete AI-driven SaaS platform for business automation. RAG Implementation: Designed and deployed a Customer Support AI Agent using PostgreSQL (pgvector). The system successfully retrieved real-time product data to answer customer queries contextually. (Note: Optimized and later deprecated based on client business logic/cost constraints, but fully functional). AI Content Engine: Built an automated pipeline generating SEO-optimized meta titles, descriptions, and performing context-aware image search for user catalogs. System Architecture: Managed the end-to-end backend logic, API orchestration, and database design, ensuring sub-second latency for AI inferences.
