A: No, domain names are not included by default — but we offer .co.uk or .com registration as an add-on (linked & setup for you).
Q2: Do I get a professional email address (e.g. Your Name -at- yourdomain.com )?
A: Not by default, but we offer setup via Google Workspace. This includes full access to Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc, See: "Gig Extras" for more info!
Q3: Can you host the website for me?
A: Yes — all packages include 1 month FREE hosting on our UK servers. After that, ongoing hosting is available (or we can migrate the site to your own host for a fee).
Q4: Can I request changes after delivery?
A: Of course! Each package includes revisions. You can also purchase additional revisions as needed.
Q5: Do you build e-commerce stores (online shops)?
A: Yes — but e-commerce functionality is only included as an extra. Just add it to your order, or message us for a custom quote.
Q6: What platforms do you use?
A: We build exclusively on self-hosted WordPress (using themes like Divi or Elementor). Everything is yours to keep — no ongoing license fees.
Q7: Can you move the finished website to my own host?
A: Yes — we offer migration to your own hosting as an optional extra. Otherwise, you're welcome to stay on our servers!
Q8: Will my site be mobile friendly and SEO ready?
A: Absolutely — every build is mobile-optimised and includes basic SEO best practices (page titles, speed, indexing).
Q9: Do you offer ongoing support or retainers?
