May 2021 - Aug 20232 yrs 3 mos

I created Locke in 2021. In two years, the project had impacted over 1000 people, including mentees, mentors, speakers, volunteer psychologists, and the Locke's internal team. Under my leadership, we trained 6 classes of public school Brazilian students to break the cycle of poverty and make a better life for themselves. Some of our students went on to attend prestigious boarding schools, American colleges, work for multinational companies, and even found their own initiatives! In 2023, I stepped aside and the project became entirely alumni-ran.
