To build the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual foundation to thrive, to resist, and to outlive the bastards. Here’s what the science tells us: longevity research has made real progress in understanding how we age. We know more about cellular ageing, inflammation, and metabolic health than ever before. But there’s no single magic bullet, and there probably never will be. Because everyone is different. That’s why I take an individualised approach, grounded in what actually works for people navigating the specific pressures of caring deeply about a world that keeps breaking your heart.

I trained at the London College of Shiatsu and worked in London for a decade, providing treatments for a wide variety of clients from a number of clinic locations as well as home visits. My goal is always to treat the whole person, addressing their areas of pain or tension. I now work in the Heraklion area of Crete, offering home, hotel and villa visits.
