Chi sono
I run The Zen Mate, a Zendesk partner practice in Israel, Before that I spent years managing call centers and support teams, so I build systems for the people who use them every day.
I set up and repair Zendesk, migrate you in from Freshdesk, Front or HubSpot, and connect it to Salesforce, NetSuite and your own systems. When a project needs code, I write it. When it needs AI, I build that too.
Hebrew and English. Tell me what isn't working and I'll say up front whether I'm the right fit.
