Had communications issues with this vendor and DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES! He tried to raise my rate of project to over $500 when we discussed a simple hourly rate. then, he complained as to fact that he did not get paid when that had nothing to do with me and was fault of his bank or the system...
