Food & Supplement Packaging Design Specialist

While working on food and supplement packaging, I noticed a recurring problem: brands either overcrowded their labels or failed to communicate key information clearly. This created confusion for customers and reduced trust, especially in the supplement space. One supplement brand I worked with had a label that looked visually appealing but lacked proper information hierarchy. Important details like dosage and ingredients were hard to find. I redesigned the layout by structuring the content into clear sections, improving readability without losing the premium look. Another challenge came from print production issues. A client’s dieline didn’t align properly with their packaging supplier’s specifications. I carefully adjusted the dieline, tested alignment, and ensured everything was print ready to avoid costly errors. Through these projects, I learned how to balance compliance, clarity, and aesthetics creating packaging that not only looks good but builds trust and performs in real markets.

Freelance Cosmetic Label & Packaging Design

I worked with a skincare brand owner who reached out on Fiverr because their product looked too “basic” compared to competitors. Even though their formula was high quality, the label design didn’t reflect a premium brand, which affected customer trust and sales. The first issue I noticed was the lack of visual hierarchy everything on the label had the same weight, making it hard to read and visually unappealing. I restructured the layout by prioritizing key elements like the product name, benefits, and brand identity, giving it a clean and luxurious feel. Another challenge was that the client wanted the design to work across multiple packaging types, including bottles and jars. I solved this by creating a flexible design system that maintained consistency while adapting to different sizes and formats. There were also a few last minute revisions due to changing product details, but I handled them efficiently without delaying delivery. In the end, the client was able to relaunch their product with a more premium look, and they later mentioned improved customer perception and engagement.

Packaging & 3D Mockup Design for Ecommerce Brands

I worked closely with emerging ecommerce brands that struggled with low product appeal due to flat, unrealistic visuals. One major issue I noticed was that most clients came with good label designs but poor presentation, which affected their conversion rates. In one project, a skincare brand had inconsistent packaging across their product line, making their brand look unprofessional. I restructured the visual system by aligning typography, spacing, and color hierarchy across all labels. Then I created realistic 3D mockups with proper lighting and reflections to simulate real shelf presence. Another challenge was handling low resolution assets provided by clients. Instead of rejecting the work, I rebuilt key elements in vector format to maintain quality. By the end, the client reported better engagement on their product listings and used the mockups across their website and ads. This experience strengthened my ability to turn average packaging into high converting visuals.
