Chi sono
Hi, I am Thomas, a certified SolidWorks and Fusion 360 reverse engineering specialist with mechanical engineering training from Germany with 7 years of work experience. I rebuild undocumented industrial parts, robotic grippers, die cast enclosures, pump housings, gearbox components, and broken plastic parts into precise, production ready parametric CAD models. Every file is tooling ready and machinist approved on first submission. Startups, OEMs, and plant engineers hire me when accuracy is non negotiable and deadlines are critical. Message me, your problem gets solved today. ... Continua a leggere

FANUC Robot End Effector Assembly

VortexAI

Jul 2026 - Jul 20260 mos

Vortex Robotics contacted me through Fiverr in urgent need of end effector reconstruction for their FANUC M20iD robot arm. A cracked gripper jaw with no CAD documentation was halting their entire automotive assembly line and costing thousands per hour in downtime. I rebuilt the complete parametric SolidWorks assembly from eight angle photographs and precise caliper measurements, validated the robot flange mating interface against ISO 9283 standards, and delivered a fully dimensioned CNC ready STEP file with manufacturing drawings within four days. Their machinist accepted the file on first submission with zero corrections. The client returned with three additional component reconstruction projects within the same month.

Hydraulic Pump Housing CAD Reconstruction

SCHO

Jun 2026 - Jun 20260 mos

Schäfer Engineering assigned me to reverse engineer a discontinued cast iron pump housing for a hydraulic press line running across three active production facilities. The original OEM had ceased operations with absolutely zero CAD documentation remaining. I performed complete dimensional capture using precision calipers and coordinate references, then reconstructed a fully parametric SolidWorks model incorporating GD&T tolerances, sealing surface geometry, bore specifications, and fastener patterns. The final manufacturing drawing package was submitted directly to the client machinist and accepted without a single correction restoring full line production within the agreed five day delivery window.
