I am an Actuary with strong programming skills and business background, I am employed in an insurance actuary where my duties include :
- Generating reports for unearned premiums
- Calculating mathematical reserves using claim triangles
- Fit a tailor-made model to your portfolio that takes into account subjective risks (geographical risk, country measures..etc)
- Calculating Technical premiums and total cost of risk
- Predicting next year premiums
I work with databases and large datasets, different statistical tools (in Excel, VBA, R, Python, SAS, SQL, RESQ, IGLOO, QLIKVIEW)
