I worked in a team on products for sellers and order collectors. Key achievements: 1) Sales map with clustering and analytics (Leaflet + OSM) I set up an interactive map with point clustering, zone analytics, simulation of approximate courier routes, courier SLA, and zone polygons. - Result: The analytics department began to evaluate delivery efficiency by district, identify “dead zones,” improve logistics, analyze specific district zones, and analyze SLA. 2) Analytics section by district / house / apartment. Developed tables on the Analytics Panel page (tanstack/react-table) + charts, added filtering by date and radius. Result: Sellers received a convenient tool for analyzing key metrics by sales points. 3) Product scanner with a camera (Media Capture API + react-qr-scanner) Integrated barcode scanning directly in the browser. - Result: Pickers stopped using external scanners — faster assembly, reduced costs. 4) Store management page and store creation - Result: Sellers got a convenient tool for tracking, managing, and creating stores. 5) The interface displayed order statuses, couriers, geo, and filters. - Result: Became the main tool for operational control — improved communication and reduced losses.

WB Global - Optimized the loading of personal account pages and the product catalog by implementing a set of technical improvements, including: switching to WOFF/WOFF2 font formats, migration to Webpack 5, activation of gzip_static, Brotli resource compression, skeletons implementation, JavaScript es2020 assembly optimization, lightningcss, removal of redundant line breaks and comprehensive image optimization, compression, format modification, using lazy-loading. - Set up Storybook for documenting and testing UI components related to the product catalog. Added the storybook-addon-a11y add‑on for accessibility checks and the storybook-addon-designs add‑on for visual testing. This allowed the team to agree on the design more quickly and identify visual discrepancies at early stages. - I refactored the legacy code in the user profile, product catalog, and product page, converting class‑based components to functional ones using React and hooks, and also implemented TypeScript for strict typing. The result was improved code readability, as well as easier and faster development. - I introduced an anonymous feedback system that allowed team members to share their thoughts about the work, the atmosphere, suggestions for improving processes, and their colleagues. This helped create a more open and trusting work environment and enabled timely feedback on colleagues’ mistakes. - Conducted onboarding for new team members, creating detailed guides on the code structure of the interface localization module. Organized a series of meetings to explain the architecture and processes. Used YouTrack to structure the documentation. Result: This helped the newcomers get up to speed faster and start contributing to the project. I proposed and implemented a competency matrix, in which we documented the competencies of each company employee. This way, instead of endless back‑and‑forth communication between colleagues, you could simply go to the table
