I don't have a 3D model, just 2D floor plans (PDF/CAD). Can you still help?
This Gig is primarily for rendering existing 3D models. However, I can build the 3D model from your 2D plans for an additional fee. Please send me your drawings via message so I can give you a custom quote.
What file formats do you accept?
I work best with SketchUp (.skp), 3ds Max (.max), .FBX, .OBJ, or .3DS files. If you use Revit or Archicad, please export your model to FBX or SketchUp format before sending.
My 3D model is just the house (no trees/garden). Will you add the landscape?
Yes! Depending on the package you choose, I will add realistic vegetation, grass, trees, walkways, and environment details to match your desired style (e.g., modern lawn, tropical garden, etc.).
Do you also render the Interior of the house?
This specific Gig focuses on Exterior Rendering. If you need Interior renders (Living room, Bedroom, Kitchen), please check my other Gigs or message me for a combined custom offer.
What is included in a "Revision"?
A revision includes adjustments to Materials (e.g., change wood to brick), Colors, Lighting, or minor Landscape tweaks. Note: It does NOT include changing the structural design of the house (e.g., moving walls, changing window sizes) which requires re-modeling.
Can you do a Night or Evening render?
Absolutely. I can set up any lighting mood you prefer: Daylight, Golden Hour (Sunset), Blue Hour, or Night time with artificial interior lighting. Just let me know your preference.
How fast can you deliver?
Typical delivery time is stated in the packages (2-5 days). If you have an urgent deadline (e.g., need it in 24 hours), please message me first to check my availability for "Extra Fast Delivery".
