- Since completing my certification, I have had the opportunity to coach 30 individuals, both men and women, ranging in age from 18 to 54 - My coaching focus is centred on supporting individuals to: - Reflect on past experiences and learn from them - Reconnect with what is meaningful and important to them. - Identify practical steps towards creating a more positive and fulfilling future. - Consistent feedback from clients is that they value having a safe, non-judgmental space where they can speak openly about their experiences, mistakes, and challenges. - Through the coaching process, many clients have: - Reconnected with dreams and aspirations they had previously abandoned. - Developed a deeper understanding of themselves. - Gained greater confidence in their decision-making. - I have also observed clients becoming more: - Assertive and intentional about setting healthy boundaries. - Willing to advocate for themselves rather than allowing others to undermine their progress. - Proactive in taking ownership and initiative in their lives. - Clients have developed practical ways of responding to setbacks, rather than allowing challenges to prevent them from moving forward. It is particularly rewarding to witness these positive shifts beginning to take place during the coaching process itself, as clients gain greater clarity, confidence, and ownership of their lives.
