How many years of experience do you have?
I have 12 years of professional experience as a technical writer and editor.
Can I meet with you about my project?
Absolutely! I have an add-on available that will allow us to meet via video conferencing to discuss your project.
Can I give you my product's Figma?
Absolutely! I am well-versed in Figma and other tools, so once I have viewer access, I'll be able to create content based on what is available in your documentation.
What do you need from me?
As much as you can give! At a minimum, though, I will of course need the complete text you wish to have edited. That said, the more information you are able to provide, the sooner I can get your content edited.
Do you use AI in your writing and editing process?
No. I do not use AI to draft, edit, or finalize my content. The words you get are entirely human-made.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions are unlimited within reason. I'm more than happy to chip away at the content until it is perfect for you.
Do I have to credit you? How should I do that?
Unless you purchase the ghost editor add-on, I must be credited as an editor of the content anywhere it is published. You may simply credit T. L. Bainter as the editor. If you're feeling generous, you can link to my website, too!
