I worked in customer satisfaction and operation improvement at a major retail company in Japan, where I handled customer service, staff training, hygiene management, compliance, and service-quality improvement. I also served as an official interpreter for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, supporting international communication in a professional global environment.
