The whole job was messed up, and I had to start completely over with someone new. The biggest thing and why the low score is what was presumably fixed damaged the whole design of my site, and I had to pay someone else more to fix everything that could be fixed. he was in a rush the whole time and did not fix any detail - I had to start over completely.
