Took multiple revisions, lacked understanding of urgency to dial in takeoff and lacked understanding of materials for some areas. Nevertheless, quick responses and delivery.

Asked him for a refund because he didn't do a detailed material takeoff. He asked what is wrong I told him i need a more detailed material takeoff for roofing, I didnt get a response and he refused to refund my money and cancel the order.
