Where can you file?
I can file in Canada and the US. This gig is for the Canadian filings only. Trademark Angel firm also registers trademarks in the EU, UK, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, UAE.
How quickly will my trademark register?
It takes about 24-42 months to register a trademark in Canada. However, you can apply for Brand Registry on Amazon immediately after filing.
Can I use tm or registered mark symbol?
In Canada, there are no specific rules but it's best if you use your TM symbol next to your trademark after you file it. You can use registered mark symbol after your trademark is registered.
What is Representative for Service add-on?
In Canada, you need a local representative for service if you file your application yourself. If you are not based in Canada, it's highly advisable you add this extra gig, otherwise Canadian Trademarks Office won't be able to send you correspondence.
Can you help me further down the road?
You bet! I can submit office action responses, expedite registration of your trademark, file post-registration maintenance documents, etc. Contact me for further details. This gig includes reporting the progress and being your "trademark agent". We will also monitor all deadlines.

Yes, a phone consultation is available with the purchase of any package.
What are the government fees?
Government fees are now paid per class. They are CDN$491 for the 1st class and CDN$149 for each additional class (paid at submission).
How many trademarks have you filed?
According to World Trademark Review January 12, 2022 article, Trademark Angel has been ranked filer number 10 among 650 Canadian trademark agent filers. How much is an extra class?
This gig includes filing of an application in a single class. An extra class can be added with a US$50 fee (add-on gig). You will be responsible for the Trademarks Office filing fee of CDN$491 for the 1st class and CDN$149 for each additional class (paid at submission).
