At Netflix, I spent nearly seven years as Manager, Production for Animated Series (September 2019–June 2026), managing a consistent slate of roughly 20 adult animated series from development through launch. I served as the primary point of contact for show producers, partner studios, vendors, and cross-functional partners, and routinely built and pressure-tested production schedules and bids in partnership with studios and internal stakeholders to keep every active title aligned. My key achievements centered on building infrastructure that outlasted my own team: I created a production reporting framework that was adopted studio-wide across all series verticals (adult, action, kids & family, preschool) as the primary workflow standard. I also developed a slate forecasting tool and dynamic scenario builder that became the source-of-truth for title slotting and development/production planning across every series vertical, and built a development slate tracker giving real-time visibility into all development projects and their production readiness. Beyond process, I established transparent working relationships with Content Executives and cross-functional partners, and led multiple studio-wide initiatives aimed at building community and morale across the series animation studio. Alongside my core role, I led Netflix's Pride@ Employee Resource Group as LA Chapter Lead (January 2020–June 2025), building and managing a team of programming pod leaders, setting the chapter's annual vision, and executing social, educational, and networking programming. I also strengthened cross-ERG collaboration through intersectional programming and high-impact events run on responsible budgets and timelines. Together, this reflects a track record of turning a large, complex slate into a well-managed, well-documented operation while also investing in culture and community leadership.
