Yes — both are required. Apple is $99/year, Google is a one-time $25. I'll guide you through opening them. The accounts must be in your name, not mine.
Will my Capacitor hybrid app feel "native"?
For most use cases, yes — Ionic UI components match each platform's look. Users won't notice it's hybrid. Heavy animation and real-time graphics are the only places hybrid lags noticeably.
Can you add push notifications to the iOS and Android app?
Yes — Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and APNs on iOS. Standard package and up.
Does my Capacitor app need a backend?
Most apps do. If you have one (Laravel, Node, Firebase, anything), I'll connect to it. If you don't, see my Laravel gig — I do both.
How long does App Store and Play Store approval take?
Play Store: a few days. App Store: typically 1–3 days, sometimes longer for first-time accounts. I prep everything to minimize rejection risk.
Will hybrid app updates require resubmitting to the stores?
Big native changes yes. UI/content updates can be pushed live without resubmitting using Capacitor Live Updates — I can set that up on Premium.
