What information do I need to provide to start?
To get the best results, I'll need your brand name, tagline (if any), preferred color palette, and any specific ideas or references you have in mind. If you have an existing brand style guide, please share that as well.
What software do you use for your designs?
I primarily use professional industry-standard tools like Adobe Illustrator for vector work (logos, icons) and Adobe Photoshop for high-quality raster editing and mockups. I also use Canva.
Do you offer custom designs or use templates?
Every design is created 100% from scratch and customized specifically for your brand's unique needs. I do not use pre-made templates.
What file formats will I receive?
Depending on your package, you will receive high-resolution PNG and JPG files for web use, plus PDF and SVG or Ai (Source Files) for high-quality printing and future editing.
How do "unlimited revisions" work?
Unlimited revisions mean I will continue to tweak the existing design (colors, fonts, layout) until you are 100% satisfied. Please note this does not mean starting over with a brand-new concept from scratch.
Can you deliver faster than the stated time?
Yes, I offer an "Extra Fast Delivery" add-on if you need the project completed urgently. Please message me first to ensure I have the immediate availability.
