What tool do you use for business process mapping?
Google Draw.IO would be used as the default tool for delivering the process maps. In case the business team has specific requirements pertaining to licensed softwares (Signavio, ARIS, IBM Blueworks etc.), the same has to be provided by the business team for conducting the process mapping exercise.
What if I need more process maps to cover my entire business functions?
Besides the aforementioned packages, in case additional services are required to covers the entire business spectrum for your organization, custom services can be offered post discussion on a pro-rata basis.
What if my organization's definition of L0, L1 etc. are different than the ones mentioned in your gig?
In case your organization defines the process detail level in a different manner, I can align with the same and accordingly will re-calibrate my services offering and pricing of the packages.
