I can draw for you:

Workflow:

1. Is important to clearly describe what exactly you want. Visual description, some reference pictures if needed and image sizes, if you have any format restrictions.
2. Once i have a clear idea of what you want, i will make some sketches (there may be some form searches if you are not sure about the final design).
3. If you are satisfied with the sketch, i put the color and base shadings on picture (there may be some color variations if you are not sure about the final colors).
4. You will receive PSD, PNG, JPGE file with in high resolution, 300 dpi.
