They can have an overlay of various graphics (for example: fire trailing down the sides of the screen - + extra) Videos max out 2:30 - 3:00

I create 2-4 minutes custom titantron videos for wrestling stars in AEW. It's the video you see playing on the big screen behind them. I also take clips and mash them all together into a 'badass montage', if you will.
