As the Senior Accountant at Shri Bala Ji Polymers, a prominent PVC & CPVC Pipe Manufacturing firm, I independently manage the complete financial and accounting ecosystem. My role goes beyond traditional data entry; I integrate modern AI tools and advanced Excel techniques to automate workflows, ensure 100% accuracy, and deliver real-time financial insights to the management. My key responsibilities and daily operations include: ► CORE ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING: End-to-end management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Maintaining the General Ledger, recording daily sales, purchases, receipt, and journal entries. Cash flow monitoring and petty cash management. ► TAXATION & COMPLIANCE (GST & TDS): Complete handling of GST compliance: preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. Complex GSTR-2B reconciliation with company purchase data to maximize Input Tax Credit (ITC). Generating E-Invoices and E-Way bills for daily logistics. Calculating and deducting TDS accurately, ensuring timely deposits and return filings. ► RECONCILIATION & REPORTING: Conducting detailed Bank, Vendor, and Customer reconciliations using Advanced Excel formulas like XLOOKUP and Power Query. Resolving payment discrepancies and actively managing customer outstanding balances. Preparing accurate monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports for executive review. ► MANUFACTURING INVENTORY & COSTING: Tracking raw material purchases and daily consumption. Performing stock reconciliation and inventory valuation specific to the manufacturing process. Analyzing manufacturing costs and profitability to assist management in pricing decisions. ► TECHNOLOGY & AI AUTOMATION: Transitioning manual tasks to automated systems using Zoho Books and ERP software. Utilizing AI tools (like ChatGPT) and Advanced Excel Dashboards to clean messy data, write complex formulas, and generate financial summaries instantly.
