Chi sono
Hi, I’m Ullie ! a productivity coach, fat loss mentor, and accountability partner. I'm also a mom to a teenager, so I know what it’s like to juggle life, work, and wellness.
With 10+ years in leadership and coaching, I help entrepreneurs and remote workers stay consistent, whether that’s building habits, finishing projects, or losing weight.
My approach is calm, structured, and supportive. Let’s work together to stop the burnout cycle and follow through. Gently but effectively.
