Uma was exceptionally polite and highly responsive. She even created a custom order for me, which I really appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 stars instead of a perfect score is that the wardrobe recommendations she provided were sourced from just two websites; I had hoped for a bit more variety. That’s it :)
