Others need a build from zero, with the org architecture decided before a single field gets created. Enterprise clients bring scale problems, governor limits, data volume, integration sprawl across a dozen connected systems. Smaller clients bring speed problems, they need it right the first time because there's no budget for a rebuild. If your problem is a two-hour fix, I'll tell you that instead of padding scope. If it's a structural rebuild, I'll tell you that too, with a realistic timeline instead of an optimistic one.
