Rebuilt a competition-ready autonomous underwater vehicle, leading hardware and software development. Built a YOLOv11 image-segmentation model in OpenCV for underwater gate detection (custom 1,000+ frame dataset, trained on-device), integrated real-time PID thruster control from live camera footage, and diagnosed hardware, Linux and control-system faults throughout the build. Presented the project at IMDEX Asia 2025 to Navy officials and industry partners.
