FAQ
Why is delivery 2 weeks?
To be as transparent as i can be i simply respect the art process over everything. I know this design is something you are looking forward to but my goal is to make you a happy camper! Half of the time is used is used for research and development. The other half is used for graphic application.
Why is there only 1 revision?
Once you order you will prompted to fill out a survey that will help describe exactly what you are wanting. I firmly believe that only 1 revision is necessary but if you would like more revisions I will be happy to accommodate!
Can i get a transparent background?
Transparent backgrounds are standard with the Camper Combo and Bonfire Bargain packages but can also be added for $5 on the S'mores Special package as well!
What’s the difference between color choice and color combo?
As an example in the the Bonfire Bargain package you get a 6 color choice and a 2 color combo. This means you get 6 colors of your choice and 2 color design combinations. A color design combination will ultimately help you decide what color scheme works best for you and your brand!
