Sono uno dei migliori tecnici HP per stampanti Inkjet (Officejet, Envy e Deskjet). Ho visto molte persone chiamarci per problemi di base, ma sfortunatamente, secondo le politiche di HP, non supportiamo stampanti obsolete. Sono qui per aiutarti tramite questo mezzo con costi ridotti. Ti informo che ho più di 2 anni di esperienza nella risoluzione di problemi software delle stampanti HP.


Problemi comuni:

  1. Connessione Wi-Fi (stampante offline)
  2. Problemi di qualità di stampa
  3. Inceppamenti della carta
  4. Impossibilità di scansionare o scansionare sul computer
  5. Le cartucce non possono essere usate a meno che la stampante non sia iscritta a HP Instant Ink


Nota: Sono un dipendente HP attualmente in servizio, le mie ore di lavoro sono dalle 6:00 alle 15:30 MST. Risponderò e risolverò il tuo problema appena finisco il lavoro.

    Nitesh shared his knowledge in the area that i had trouble with. He explained his thoughts as to why my printer was not working and was also able to recover the apps that were removed. Because of different time zones, he made it work. He also discovered some other things, so i suggested we meet up online again and take care of it. Good working with him.
