I need accounting firm access of QBO or Xero account, bank, credit card & Loan statements along with all sales and purchase data in right format. Requirements vary from client to client depending upon the nature and workflow of business.

I use bank/credit card statements description for analyzing the nature of the transaction. But I don’t rely wholly solely on description and QuickBooks artificial intelligence. If need I will ask you about transactions purpose by preparing an excel queries sheet.

Login into your QuickBooks Online account. On the right top, click the "Gear icon (cogwheel) -> Manage Users -> Accounting Firms -> Invite". Login into your Xero account. From setting you need add user (at least standard or admin as per working need).

Even your Bank/Credit Card is connected to QBO account. I will need statements for cross-check transactions with QBO or Xero register, reconciliation and adjusting PayPal/Stripe fees appropriately.

Of course, I am available for monthly and long term bookkeeping as per your need.
