SEO Manager
Smart Remodeling • Freelance
Dec 2023 - Dec 2024 • 1 yr
Took on this client when they were running on a free CMS with no real web presence. Migrated the entire site to WordPress, redesigned it from scratch, and restructured all service pages to properly reflect their offerings in the Houston remodeling market. Once the site was in shape, shifted focus to content development, link building, and press releases. Within a few months traffic started climbing consistently. By December 2024 when the engagement ended, their organic leads had grown 3x, traffic followed the same trajectory, and they were ranking in the top 3 positions for competitive keywords including home remodeling Houston, bathroom remodeling, and kitchen remodeling.
