The artist answered quickly and showed interest, proactivity and will to cooperate. However, we are not fully satisfied with the final result, maybe because we were in a hurry and did not succeed in precise explanations and gave up before asking for more revisions. We are aware that our assignment was very specific and our logo is a bit limiting in shape.

Usman did a great job on my custom bookmark design, the layout was clean, the colors were well-balanced, and he clearly put thought into the details rather than just throwing something together quickly. My request included greek letters which can be difficult to use in Word Art. Usman was very patient with my revisions and adjusted without issue. I am beyond please with the result and he will be my go to for future Word Art custom orders.

The final delivery was fine, but the journey to get there was rough. Our styles differed so it took work. Even after providing a mock-up of what I wanted, he did something else. I do like the final result.

I asked for revisions, and he took a long time without communicating to me of how long it would take for my project to be completed. Overall, the graphic design was good. Communication is key when you have a deadline to adhere to.
