Can you guarantee 100 percent accuracy?
I use automated extraction, manual QA and reconciliation checks. Damaged or unreadable source content cannot always be recovered perfectly, so ambiguous cells are flagged rather than guessed.
What PDF files work best?
Text-based PDFs with clear tables give the most reliable extraction. Clear scans can often be handled with OCR; send a sample before ordering.
Can you preserve the original formatting?
I preserve headers, column order and table structure where practical. Exact visual replication may require a custom quote because PDF and Excel layouts differ.
Can you clean the extracted Excel data too?
Yes. Standard and Premium include defined normalization and validation. Complex fuzzy matching, multi-file merging, dashboards, formulas or macros need a custom quote.
