I will perform rnaseq and bioinformatics data analysis

I offer bioinformatics support for RNA-seq and transcriptomic projects, including quality control, read trimming, transcript quantification, gene-count generation, de novo transcriptome assembly, and differential expression analysis. I also create PCA plots, heatmaps, volcano plots, MA plots, normalized count tables, and figures for specific genes of interest. I work in R, Python, and Linux environments and have experience with tools such as DESeq2, Salmon, tximport, featureCounts, and fastp. Each project is tailored to the organism, experimental design, available reference files, and the specific questions you are trying to answer.
