For 25 years, I've been studying one question: what actually makes people change their behavior — not in theory, but in real daily choices.
I started in direct marketing, moved into digital, and spent nearly a decade at PwC as a usability consultant and project manager. Since then I've worked for organizations like Philips, Albert Heijn, Tele2, Postcode Loterij, and Van Lanschot — combining usability research, CRO, web analytics, and behavioral insight into one integrated approach.
