Informazioni su questo servizio
You already have the content. The problem is turning it into something people can actually enjoy using.
A workbook filled with long text, inconsistent pages, weak hierarchy, or confusing activities can make even great content difficult to teach or follow. I help turn your raw material into a clear, professional, and engaging learning resource that works for both the person teaching and the person learning.
I can design:
- Student & participant workbooks
- Facilitator and instructor guides
- Training manuals
- Educational PDFs
- Teacher guides and lesson materials
- Exercises, worksheets and activity pages
- Journals, planners and course materials
- Matching workbook + facilitator guide sets
I don't simply decorate pages.
I organise the content, create a consistent visual system, improve page hierarchy, and design activities, instructions, callouts, tables, and learning sections so readers can move through the material naturally.
If you have a Word document, PDF, manuscript, existing workbook, or even a rough layout that needs a professional structure, send it over.
I'll take a look at what you have and recommend the best way to approach the design before we begin.

FAQ
Can you design both my workbook and facilitator guide so they match?
Yes. I can create both as one visual system while still making it easy to distinguish the participant material from the facilitator instructions.
My content is currently just a Word document. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Many projects start that way. I can take the supplied content and turn it into a structured, professionally designed resource.
Do you design worksheets, exercises and activity pages too?
Yes. These can include reflection pages, exercises, checklists, tables, prompts, planners, assessments and other activity-based layouts based on your supplied content.
Can you work with an existing workbook that needs improvement?
Yes. If the current design feels outdated, crowded or inconsistent, send it to me. I can review the existing structure and redesign it while keeping the content and purpose intact.
Can you make the files ready for printing?
Yes. I can prepare the final PDF with the appropriate page size, margins, bleed and print settings required by your printer or publishing platform.
Can you follow my organisation's existing branding?
Yes. Send your logo, colours, fonts and brand guidelines. I'll build the workbook or guide around them rather than forcing a generic template onto your material.
Will I receive an editable file?
Yes, when included in your package or custom offer. Depending on the project, the source can be prepared in Adobe InDesign, Canva or another agreed format.
What if I don't know how many pages my document will become after design?
That's fine. Send me the content first. I'll review the amount and type of material so we can determine the appropriate scope before starting.
