I worked as a Technical Specialist on a USAID international development project focused on strengthening public-sector oversight and supporting improvements in public procurement practices. My role combined project implementation, procurement-related documentation, reporting, research, coordination, and quality review. I worked closely with project colleagues, international consultants, local stakeholders, partner organizations, and external experts, contributing to a wide range of project activities and deliverables. A significant part of my work involved preparing, developing, reviewing, and coordinating professional project documentation. This included procurement-related documents, requests for quotations and proposals, scopes of work, deliverables, requirements, supporting documentation, reports, budgets, and other materials required for project implementation. I regularly worked with information from different sources and transformed it into clear, structured, and usable documents. This required understanding the purpose of an assignment, identifying the information required to define it properly, organizing requirements and deliverables, and ensuring that the resulting documentation was clear to its intended audience. I also supported procurement processes from the documentation and coordination perspective. This included helping define requirements, reviewing relevant background information, conducting or supporting market research, identifying potential experts and service providers, reviewing qualifications and submissions, and preparing supporting documentation for selection and contracting processes. Another important area of my work was project reporting. I contributed to regular project reporting, including weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting, working with information concerning activities, deliverables, progress, results, challenges, and implementation. This required collecting and organizing information from different project sources.
