Did what was paid agreed upon. However Not really sure if all sales calls were made. I make the same amount of calls daily and wanted to see if I could outsource to help. I usally have a higher answer rate. Response time could of been a little bit better. Overall Im okay with what I paid for.

They did a good job and allow you to change the script if the cold calls are not performing well and they give you feedback on what's happening on the calls. I would order again.
