You just need to draw your idea roughly on the paper and share photo of it or reference images from google of similar product or YouTube video for reference.
Can you make both 2D technical drawing and 3D model , I need rederings and animation for marketing can you do it as well.

What is the best format for 2D Technical Drawings?
PDF is preferable as it has all the information, anyone can open and check the file as does not require any specific 3D software for just to open and watch it.
