I worked on a product divided into three major components: Marketplace, SaaS, and Shipping, with a focus on simplifying and enhancing the user experience. Our team’s objective was to understand user needs through data collection and insights, driving continuous product refinement. Responsibilities: - Led efforts to improve the end-to-end experience, ensuring that each user interaction across the product was intuitive and seamless. - Conducted comprehensive research activities, including user interviews and usability testing, to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. - Spearheaded a team of designers, optimizing internal processes, promoting collaboration, and supporting their professional growth. - Designed interactive, animated prototypes for thorough testing, enabling us to validate ideas and make informed design decisions. - Ensured platform-wide consistency by maintaining a cohesive design language across all UI elements and product segments. Achievements: - Successfully improved the user interface across all product areas, which led to an increase in user satisfaction as reflected in post-launch surveys. - Streamlined internal design processes, reducing time to prototype by 30%, enabling quicker iteration and testing of new features. - Based on user feedback and usability testing, we implemented key design changes that enhanced the overall user experience, resulting in improved navigation, faster task completion, and a reduction in user support queries.
