I offer clean verbatim or strict verbatim and include the following in my transcription service delivery:

• Accurate and consistent data transcription using standard style guides
• Thorough Google search for names, acronyms, terminologies, and so on, to ensure correct formatting
• Clear type-out and structuring of transcript
• Timestamps of unclear spoken word or phrase in the format [inaudible: mm:ss] for example, [inaudible: 10:15]
• Proofreading and accuracy check of the finished transcript
