What exactly is beta reading, and how is it different from editing?
Beta reading is reader-focused feedback, not line editing. I read your manuscript as a target reader would and tell you what's working, what's confusing, where pacing drags, and where the story loses engagement. I don't correct grammar or line level prose for that, you'd want a copyeditor or proof

Turnaround depends on manuscript length and current workload, but I'll always confirm an estimated delivery time before we begin. Longer manuscripts or rush requests may affect timing feel free to message me with your word count for a specific estimate.
Do you offer anything beyond beta reading?
