Should I contact you before placing an order?
For one small and clearly defined issue, you can order the Basic package directly. For multiple bugs, Composer problems, failed updates, white screens, or issues with an unknown cause, please message me first so I can confirm the scope and package.
What access will you need?
It depends on the issue. I may need Drupal admin access and, when required, hosting, SFTP/FTP, SSH, Composer, database, repository, or staging access. I will only ask for the access needed to troubleshoot your specific problem.
What counts as one bug or issue?
One issue means one clearly defined problem with one main expected result. For example, one broken page, one module conflict, one login problem, or one PHP error. Separate unrelated problems may require the Standard or Premium package.
Do you create a backup before making changes?
For changes that may affect files, configuration, updates, or the database, I prefer to work with a recent backup or staging environment whenever possible. If I have the required access, I can check the available backup options before making risky changes.
Can you fix a white screen or 500 error?
Yes, these issues can often be investigated through Drupal logs, PHP/server logs, modules, configuration, dependencies, or recent site changes. Please send the error details and access information so I can diagnose the cause.
Are migrations and new features included?
No. This gig is focused on Drupal troubleshooting and bug fixing. Major version migrations, full redesigns, custom modules, and larger new features are separate projects and should be discussed before ordering.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments related to the original issue and agreed scope. A new or unrelated bug is not counted as a revision and may require a separate order or package upgrade.
Can you handle an urgent Drupal problem?
