Being a professional Civil Engineer, I have been working as an estimator and quantity surveyor for 8+ years. I have considerable experience in material take off, cost estimation, and bidding for 100+ construction projects in different regions, such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
I have been using Planswift and MS Office for detailed cost estimation and bidding, for many builders and contractors. I can provide my services in material take off, bidding preparation, pricing(RS Mean), and bill of quantities. I have worked in all 50 CSI trades, some of which include building estimates for Concrete, Masonry, Openings, Finishes, Electrical, and others.
