He kept in touch, confirmed the numbers in writing and reminded me to reply to the tester feedback. Most of the feedback was relevant to my app and useful. Recommended.

They haven’t actually make an effort for test the application; they’ve simply added users to download it, but those users haven’t logged in even once.
